The Activities are designed for children aged from 2 years up to 10 years old and their parents/guardians
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while on our premises. Our staff members are not responsible for the supervision of children.
Shoes must be removed before entering the play area, and socks must be worn at all times to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Food and Drink:
Food and drinks are not allowed inside the play area to prevent any accidents and maintain a clean environment.
Health and Safety:
Children who are sick or have a contagious illness should not be brought to the play area to avoid the spread of any infections. Our staff members have the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who is deemed to be a danger to themselves or others.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
The play area will be closed for regular cleaning and maintenance. Please check our website for the schedule and plan your visit accordingly.
The play area and its equipment are designed for recreational use only. Any other use of the equipment is strictly prohibited to prevent any accidents.
Our management is not responsible for any lost or stolen items or any injuries that may occur while using the play area and its equipment.

Payment for Admission:
Payment is required upon entry to the play area. All fees are non-refundable. Membership and Packages: We offer membership and package deals which may provide discounts on admission fees. Payment for these options is required in advance.
Payment for party bookings is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Any additional charges for the party will be billed on the day of the party.
If payment is not received within the specified time frame, we reserve the right to charge a late fee.
We do not provide refunds for any payments made for admission, membership, or package deals.
Refunds for party bookings may be provided according to our cancellation policy.
If you need to cancel your party booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made within a certain time frame may be eligible for a refund.
